Help from the community of Adobe | Community Help Beta Adobe | News CS4
Adobe has decided to give life to their support systems, post-Live Docs, Adobe introduced CH (Community Help). Still in Beta is based on a system of IDs registered with Adobe where the users are gaining points with their contributions.
Anyone can read the contents but only those registered can participate. There are 3 profiles, the administrator of Adobe, experts who act as moderators and users.
The search can be done by product or throughout the Commonwealth. This is an example of the profile form:
