The Ministry of Education and Science offers courses free download under a Creative Commons license for a myriad of applications and utilities that teachers are properly trained.
Needless to register any downloads are in ISO format you can open in one virtual drive or burn to a CD-ROM.

That's right. Resources are very useful for trainers. I do know that since I was there in 2002 are being developed.
